Web Developement and plugin unity web player

First, my apologies for my google english !

My client asked me if it is possible to have a Unity Internet application without download of the Unity web player plugin, for example by integrating the application via an applet Java or other plugin better implemented on the market), or automating the installation of player unity without need to ask permission to the user to install it. Export Google Native Client seems to do this, but only on google Chrome, would there be an alternative to other browsers?

On the other hand, for reasons of security / privacy / protection, my client asks me if it is possible to “hide” the fact that the application is running on Unity. Is this possible ?

thank you very much

The SIM package Real-time tools for 3D, AR, and VR development | Products has a webplayer that doesn’t require an internet connection but you still have to install it which requires the user’s permission as with everything that gets installed.

As far as hiding goes you can change the loading dialog images and style to whatever you want to not show any unity logos. But in the end people can always have a peak behind the curtain to see what is running the content and what kind of logfiles are written etc.
