There are hundreds (well, thousands is more realistic) of free or very cheap webhosters on this planet.
Advise, avoid them when possible. None of them are great for serious usage. Use a professional webhoster, it costs money, but you get more quality (hardware, network, support etc). Or do it with you own server(s) in a webhosters network (colocation).
for serious web hosting, i second that you should go with more serious companies, like justhost , godaddy or logicweb… but if you just want a place to host your unity web players for other people to try, you can use Dropbox
it gives you 2gb of free space and its very easy to use
