If you got a proper game you can submit it Wooglie, it’s a game portal for Unity games. Though it only accepts polished webgames so no tech-demos or so.

You want a hosted website where you can put up your own tech demos? Your original post said “put up my game”, now you reference “tech demos”, which is it?
For completed games there are portal sites like Wooglie and Shockwave.com. For tech demos I’m not sure as you’re now asking someone to pay hosting fees (with little/no chance of revenue) on your behalf, I don’t have any examples outside of something worthy enough for the Unify Community Wiki (would require some write up, not just a posted tech demo).
