Web Player Requires Internet Connection?

I went to a meeting the other day where I knew they would not have an internet connection, so I loaded my demo web pages onto a flash drive. But when I went to open the Unity app pages, they would not load without an internet connection. This is the html that Unity generates for a web player. I was unable to do my demo.

Is this necessary? Why do I need an internet connection to run the Unity web player when all my files are local? Is this something new with Unity 2? I seem to remember doing this before and not having the connection problem.

Works fine here; did you check “offline deployment”?

No. Where is that setting? I don’t see it under web player settings.
