Website eMail update broken

To whom it may concern,

After about 3 weeks of waiting, and repeated contact attempts to support staff, I have no choice but to post that the Unity account eMail update form is probably broken; in the very least, does not work for me. Either way, inconvenient. I have been waiting to make several purchases until the address is updated properly, and I waited, and waited, etc… Then I sent more messages, and waited another week.

The only thing I can say, is that the updated address now receives asset store notifications, but to this day, is not reflected in my account profile, and does not receive any other type of message from Unity.

I could not find a form for technical support, I have already tried to notify Unity through editor issue tracking, and plain old emailing from the website contacts page. It has been over a month for me, will someone help finally, please.

So, I have to make a new account to fix the old one. Nice…
