Weird Blend behaviour between virtual cameras

Hi there people,

ive been messing around with recreating a Five Nights at Freddy’s Camera / Looksystem outside of Clickteam.

It worked pretty well transitioning between display and office views but when i attempted to implement a camera that looked to the right, issues started to pop up.

Everytime i switch to the camera (I use the state driven cam and switch between empty animation states) instead of blending 25° to the right, it goes aaall the way around and blends in while rotating to the left going 270° before reaching the cam spot. Gif → l7wwwj

I read that blend hints might make a difference and experiemented with those. That resulted in a rotation in the right direction but extremly glitchy blending, can be seen in the gif attached.

Any clues on whats going on here?

Very strange. I can’t see anything obvious that might be causing the glitching. Can you PM me the project? I’d like to dig into this. What version of CM are you using?
