This bug has occured when i set up my 2 screens. How do i fix it?

Basically the bar with the play button is unusable which fucks me up terribly.
I get that sometimes - normally minimising and maximising the window again sorts it out for me. And make sure you’ve updated the drivers for your graphics card.
