Weird Cloth

i can’t get the cloth system to work.
i simply put the cloth script to my skinned mesh, and Hop, it looks weid !
i modified parameters to try to get better result but nothing looks good .
i have set all vertices to 0.1 max distance

i also noticed a problem with the ui, wich works only 1 time, allowing you to setup the max distance, but after a try, it’s not responding anymore.

The cloth system is totally bugged : Unity Issue Tracker - Skinned Mesh Renderer Bound gizmos are offset/rotated, cloth mesh is distorted, saving prefab results in cloth mesh flicker .
