Weird color, reflection maybe, WRONG UV Mapping Blender

Hi,

I got these weird thing happend in my scene and I cant figure it out, why is that, doors have SAME material, reflectino probes are right I think, Global Illumination via light probes, lightmaps generated by Unity.
Can somebody help me?

Update:
Now I realiase that these weird things are becouse "wrong" UV mapping in Blender, Im UV mapping via Blender funtion, Smart UV Project, but I need to manualy rotate or mirror these problematic faces. So, can somebody help me to get this right without manualy UV mapping every object I will create?

Update:
Now, Ive tried Cube Projection, that works fine, but this UV mapping function keep UV orientation only in one directinon. After I manualy rotate faces that I want to, it starts making these problems again.
