look at the left wall when i move closer or further away from it it becomes less/more distorted.
i dont know if this is normal as i am pretty new to unity and cannot find any posts in forums or on reddit about this

I’m not a graphics expert so I could be totally wrong, but I believe this is an artifact of mip-mapping and/or bilinear filtering of your wall texture. There are settings around this stuff in the import settings of your texture. Maybe try asking around the graphics forum they’ll know better.
