Weird editor distorition in 5.4.0f3

I recently installed unity the 5.4.0f3 on my friend’s computer, Now when ever I add a component to in the inspector window this happens:

1920×1080 491 KB

Also the scene view lags when ever i first select the cam and rotate.
The specs on this PC:
nvidia gegorce GTX 980Ti
intel i7-6700K processor
16GB Ram

Hi! This is currently a known issue (it’s included in this bug report: Unity Issue Tracker - Selecting color picker freezes editor (caused by "SoundBlaster" or "Nahimic" softwares))

Are you by any chance running MSI’s Nahimic application in the background?

Im not sure, the computer does have an MSI motherboard. How do I check if I’m running an MSI Nahimic app?
