Weird light baking in URP

Hey. Anyone have experience with Point and Spotlights giving really weird results in URP?
I started with the ‘URP-Balanced’ template, and think I’ve only ever changed the Shadow Distance setting, but something has definitely changed in my scene here.

After baking, I get the result to the left. Just duplicating the Object in the Scene shows the good result but as soon as I bake the scene it turns into the left.

Anyone got suggestions on what I should tinker with?
