Weird light problem with my model

Hi. I made a simple zombie model in C4D. Rigged and animated it and imported to Unity. Everything works fine except this (Screeshots below). When I point a light on it, the OPPOSITE side gets lit up and the right one remains dark. Does anyone know how to fix that?
Thanks.

Sadly this is an issue i sometimes face exporting from lightwave with certain versions of the FBX exporter. are you generating the normals inside of unity on the object importer tab? this usually fixes the issues with the backwards lighting, but it creates other issues.

If you have access to different versions of the exporter, they them all. the oldest version i have works the best.

hmm I didn’t export it in FBX. I just imported the C4D file to unity. I’m gonna try fbx and see If It changes anything.

edit: Well It kinda worked. A part of the model remained dark unless you change the angle of the light. Well anyway thanks for help

It still imports it even if it directly loads your format. did you try changing the setting i suggested?
