I did upgrade my project to HDRP, and upgraded every material. But when I look at some object this happens:
Am really new to this stuff, so I have no idea what it could be.

Hey, you need to have a fixed exposure in your scene.
Head to HDRP default settings (project settings) and for the default volume, set the exposure to Fixed and give it a value that works for this scene.
(you can also create your own volume)
By default, it’s using the automatic exposure mode, and without a proper sky, you’ll get massive overexposure when looking up, hence the crazy white artifacts you see (amplified by the bloom).
