Weird lighting/rendering behavior


Basically, I have two scenes right now. First one called Gameplay and second one called Menu. Within gameplay scene I have one single directional light and it looks like the following:


This is what I want it to be in the final stage of production. However, the game will start from the Menu scene and when I am ready to load Gameplay scene using Application.LoadLevel, the Gameplay scene itself got rendered differently from what we have seen in Picture A above as follow:


Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

  • Unity 5.0.0F4
  • Mac OS X 10.10.2

i had the same problem. i think it’s something with unity 5.
i fixed it by going to (windows/lighting/scene) and then turning off (continuous baking)
