Weird mesh reflections

Hi! I want to recreate an old PS2 game, and I have used NinjaRipper to get the models from it, but the map is reflecting very weirdly.

It looks something like that:

You can see those weird triangle reflections.
The mesh looks like that:

How can I fix that?

UV unwrap the mesh model, in a 3D modelling application like maya or blender etc, then export the mesh as an fbx into Unity, and see if that solves this problem.
