Weird Navigation Surface Geometry

I am trying to understand why I am getting this weird geometry in my navigation surface. In the past it was do to objects having a collider nearby, but in this case I am no longer certain what is causing it. It appears in several of my corridors in the game level. Any ideas of why I am getting this result?

Nevermind, I finally found the culprit.

was it any transparent collider?

I am using the Spiderweb asset pack and apparently they go further away than they seem. Have to modify a few on size so they do not extend to far and affect the calculations of the navmesh.

A very odd situation, since they seem to stop more than a full 1 unity unit away but seems to extend further.
