As you can see, a weird noise texture is applied to objects when i enable enviroment lighting.
I’ve used other Unity versions before and this never happened. I just created a Core 3D Project and dragged in some assets. I didn’t change anything else.

So, just to be clear, you are not using an SRP? This almost looks like SSAO to me. Do you have postprocessing enabled?
