weird positioning.

i recently imported a grenade from sketchup pro but when i add it to my world it is floating in the sky and very far away from the rest of the level dispite its location being 0,0,0.

The model orientation in Sketchup must have been way off then, because the coordinates in Unity are based on the ones from the 3D modeling program.

If you're sure the orientation was set correctly in Sketchup (and I mean 100% sure), then perhaps there's an import bug for that file format. The most likely explanation is the Sketchup orientation, though.
