Weird problem with random UV offset

Ok, so my issue is why is it only in play mode my Random UV offset stops working in-game view window works, and in the Unity Editor as well. Once I hit play mode it defaults to the default UVs set in Blender. Not sure why can someone help please will it look the way it does in the editor or in play mode when I go to build it for release?

Figured it out it’s flagged static so random UVs won’t work with that option for others that may have the same issue Occlusion do anything?
