Werid Looking Models when Importing to Unity 3D

when i tried importing my Model from cinema 4D

( including .obj & .fbx)

.c4d file system this what happens when i but in ti Unity

Don’t Care About the sword & shield & texture i did’nt add them (S&S) I was to lazy to the texture all of it

the faces are the wrong way round. I have no idea how you recalculate the face directions in C4D however I do know how in blender.
