Since Unity is so prevalent, any site that lists game dev jobs will have lots of Unity jobs.
For traditional game dev jobs:
It scrapes game companies’ websites for job listings.
For freelance:
https://www.reddit.com/r/gameDevClassifieds/
And maybe: Offering Paid Work
And possibly: https://connect.unity.com/
Avoid spambot-filled general freelancing sites like fiverr and upwork.

Also if you are talking about full time positions the standard job boards are a good bet (e.g. it Australia it would be Seek).

In addition to the above, I find that local IGDA groups tend to be a good place for the networking that eventually leads to job offers.

Upwork is fine if your looking for small bits of work, as in like 1-2 day small bits for cheap money. But in general, its crap for unity developers if looking to make a living from it. Quality of stuff you will work on is also greatly diminished there.
For fulltime positions I just use normal job boards as unity is everwhere now.
