What causes the shader to break? What can I do to fix it?

I’m using SineVFX assets,
but when I register them in the Addressable Assets System
and download them from WEBGL, the shader becomes Hidden/InternalErrorShader.
Is there any way to fix this?

Even if I load it into the scene and change the shader to SineVFX/LivingParticles/LivingParticleFloorPbrArray,
the screen remains pink.
