What Free Tools did you found

Hi all,
I was just wandering the internet searching for some stuff and bumped into this

So I taught that it will be great for all of us if we would use this thread to tell each other what free resources we find, resources that may be of use and mostly that may ease a game development process.

paint.net as free image editor.

Genetica isn’t but it has more editors and texture packs that are.
