What happened to all the Unity Demo Projects?

They still appear here: http://unity3d.com/gallery/demos/demo-projects
but most of the ones that I could actually use to learn something new say 404 error, anyone know why?

For example:

Unity Projects 01: Stealth
or Robot Lab

and a few others have been taken down,
anyone know why?
