What happened to FogBugz?

When I report a bug and track it in FogBugz, my conversation doesn’t show at all, it’s all “blank”… It’s been more than a week and the issue still not fixed… here’s a pic of it:

Thanks for reaching out about this! I can confirm that the display of your bug description is not working as expected. We’ll look into it.

Regarding the processing time for the report itself, this can take a couple of weeks. QA will reach out to you when they have updates to share or follow-up questions to ask.
