I purchased an asset a while back and it has since been removed from the store. I never got any notification that this happened and now I’m on a new computer and went to download the asset again and it is gone. Will unity issue a refund?
I think you’ll have to contact the Asset Store folks directly to request a refund. I don’t know if they keep track of how many times customers have downloaded each asset, but if they see you’ve never downloaded it then maybe they can issue a refund. If you have downloaded it already, can you copy it from your old computer?
