I’ve downloaded the version of Unity under Download, and signed up for the 30-days trial.

What happens when I buy the full version of Unity? I’ll get the $75-deal in a week.
Will it look and be the same, no initial files to download? etc.

Yes, it will look and be the same, and no extra files to download. The version you have is exactly the same, except with another license.
