What if i make a game and give away all the assets and code with instruction how to build this games themself with Unity editor. Then this game become viral, millions sharing, everyone is building this game themself. Do i have to pay anything to unity?
If you give it away and make zero. No.
If you make more than the limit. Yes.

The editor subscription depends on your income not on how much you make from the game. The runtime fee only applies to paid games and games you’re selling during Unity Pro subscription.
But you have to be careful, you shouldn’t distribute other people’s assets if you do not have the explicit license to do so.
