Yes… Back when I was in the State Military I built them an AI… Can’t describe what it did or does, do to legalities of classification and a need-to-know basis.

Yes, theoretically one man can build an AI that can be sold to another company. Whether or not you could personally do it would be the real question to ask. Do you have a unique combination of tech and business skills? What do you personally know about AI? Is there a specific business problem that your AI solves?
