I have fps and little bit lag. what is this? I don’t get lag and fps drop on 2017.2
The editor requires resources too. The editor needs to render the GUI, and takes processing as well. While the game is being played you can modify the game through the scene viewer, view states of objects through the inspector, and far more. As such running your game from within the editor won’t be as fast as building it and running it by itself. editor Overhead shows you how much the performance was affected by the resources required by the editor itself. It’s possible changes in 2017.3 made the editor more intensive.
Same here, build is fine but in editor sometimes its impossible to work maxed or not.
Same problem here… it starts ok but then my game starts lagging and when I open the profile the EditorOverhead is taking all the resources.
