What is recommended Baked GI AO or SSAO

Im having some problems with the quality of BakedGI Oclussion so i was thinking to use a component to the camera like Screen Space Ambient Obscurance. Is this a good idea?

On the same subject. Is it true that the quality of BakedGI Ambient oclussion depends on the bakedgi indirect resolution?

No, if you have static geometry you absolutely want to bake everything you can. It is much faster and higher quality. You resort to real-time, dynamic lighting and effects only when you absolutely have to for dynamic elements of your scene.

Getting good quality baked lighting seems to be trickier with Unity 5 so I would look for some good tutorials. I don’t have any recommendations off the top of my head.
