what is the 'cheat sheet' for getting a scene looking great with very little work using assets ?

I mean is there a collection of shaders, models, post processing camera shaders you use ? Or tips?

Right now I am just using preset model and materials and its ok but my guess is the magic is with the camera shaders maybe?

Use linear rendering, HDR, then the standard PostFX stuff - bloom, tonemapping, maybe a touch of Depth of Field, some color correction, a tiny bit of chromatic aberration. That generally gives good results, if you have a good eye for color correction particularly.
