i too face same problem before ,contact again them,they will answer, clearly it just takes time says 2 to 3 days for an single reply .
my first asset package is gone under resubmission for 5 times .first reply them is same as yours. finally after some corrections ,they will accept.hope you submit again.

Things like this happens. I have a text editor to write my game design documents inside Unity, where it can reference gameObjects and take a lot of notes instead of only using text and text and text and text within MS Word.
Unity decided they don’t want to sell it, so I use it only for myself. But they said it could be sellable if were more polished, but I have no time to re-create a fully complete text editor
I didn’t look at this asset but I’ve complained to Unity about another Zombie asset and if they could enable turning off pictures in the asset store as I can turn off avatars in the forums. I didn’t ask them to remove it from the store and I didn’t inquire about the asset’s sales figures.
Their response was this asset fulfills a ‘niche’ so you can’t acuse Unity of being prudish. Whatever, let them search for it then. That doesn’t mean they have to feature it when customers might be at lunch.
There are several other rather ‘crude’ assets out there in the asset store too.
Unity needs a rating system in their asset store.
Just because someone is an adult doesn’t imply they want to be subject to vulgarity and abuse because they are of ‘age’. Just because you are of age doesn’t mean others suddenly have the right to subject you to vulgarities and abuse. And being an adult doesn’t give one the right to do that to others either. Should people that want to live a civil life have to become a shut-ins to avoid sensationalists seeking to shock in the name of advertising and making money?
This asset resembles very much an Evolver generated character, mesh and texture. This could cause claims of infringement of copyright and violation of EULA. I would stay clear of it unless seller could prove source of origin and proprietary rights of design as well as sales.
With the recent aquisition of Evolver by Autodesk and the closing down of the Evolver site this could prove to be a very sensitive issue. Utilizing proprietary rights of former Evolver assets and any resale of such assets, even modfied, could lead to liabilities. I do understand if Unity wants to stay clear unless proved otherwise. I cannot say this is the issue at hand for Unity of course. I do not represent any of the involved parties but I do respect artistic and commercial integrity. Should the seller provide sourcing right or proof of origin I would not mind purchasing. I am a great fan of the entrepreneurship of all Unity developers so do not get me wrong. This asset just raises some questions in my mind. I do hope to get them clarified.

Evolver had a Pro Tab…at first its was pay per model…I have my receipts
and License Agreement…“Sell Your Avatar”…and Core Maya File.
Then they released, for free…The UV’s are flipped and overlappng.
The normals STINK!!..and The model has separate meshes for eyes/lamina/upper and lower jaw.
They dumped them all!!! Released all rights…
So I purchased / was granted the Rights to these models and textures
And Now OWN Exclusive rights…These are MY Models…no question
That why I have the original Maya File,
I have never recieved an email revoking my rights…You can NOT take back Exclusive rights…Period.
