It’s not just a matter of poly count, the draw calls parameter is very crucial too, anyway you’ll find the right infos here:
The second link is older and related to GearVR apps, anyway is still generally valid for Oculus Go/Quest too.
100k triangles is the number they give for quest. 100 draw calls is the draw call limit.
