At what level is as the cost of future upgrades?

within the same version upgrades are free. Each next version (e.g. 4 series) former version PRo licensees will likely being able the jump in at an early developer kind of offer, e.g. 800 USD upgrade cost instead of 1500 USD. (not guarenteed though, i’m just looking at previous situations).
Upgrades are half the cost of the initial purchase. That’s standard, not a special offer, though occasionally they have those too.
