What is the reason of bad qualited pixel art in mobile game development ?

I’m making a mobile game with pixel art style and when I run the game, the game looks a little blurry in the unity remote but looks fine in game menu on the pc. Am i need to draw pixel size bigger or something different ?
The settings i did for the solutions are :
Changed filter mod to “point no filter”.
Changed the compression settings to png from jpeg in project seetings>Editor.

Just forget about testing graphics with the Unity remote. It’s really just a remote control for the Unity editor. The graphics are streamed low quality from the editor to your device. It’s not rendered on your device. If you want to test your game on your device, build it and install it on your device.
