What is this Unity asset name? I searched Google and I found NOTHING

What do you mean “what asset?” That looks like a completely generic menu somebody could whip up in a couple hours tops.
This asset is an add-on store and I remembered watching a video showing this asset from Youtube, dunno what was the name of this. I tried to find this in Unity Asset Store.
In the amount of time it took you to reply to this, you could have implemented this yourself.
Okay now I KNEW IT. It was Mod IO.
In the 75 days it took you to figure this out, you could have implemented these features yourself and made a small game to use them in.
