Its not a special camera in any way, its the post processing and materials/lighting that make it nice.

You can have a play with Unity’s post processing stack on the asset store to get some of these effects

It looks like just a simple MainCamera that has been animated somehow. You could do this with a script OR by using Animation Clips or Timeline.
