What kind of donation links are allowed on the community?
I have some stuff I’d like to release for free (on bitbucket) with added “throw money at me if you like it” links.
I saw some people using patreon as a “tip jar”, and I’m fairly sure someone had paypal links… is there anything else or are there any restrictions on that? (Speaking of which I’m not sure if bitbucket free account allows this. It probably does, though).
Could use what ever you want, and leave the link on your GitHub, and link to he project here. Just shove it in the readme.md so it displays on the project page
Just throwing this out there… you can also consider releasing zip of the stuff on Itch.io it is quite common to see Pay What You Want stuff there. And people sell all kinds of things there not just games but also graphics, code libraries, music, etc.
Just list it under Tools or Game Assets as appropriate.
