What older releases which backported issue that PrefabUtility.SaveAsPrefabAsset (1139245, 1139582)

Hi, I read latest release note and found that:

Prefabs: SaveAsPrefabAsset[AndConnect] will now automatically do namebased replace to retain references if a prefab is being overwritten. (1139245, 1139582)
This has already been backported to older releases

But when I checked with Unity 2018.3.11f1, this issue still happen and losing modifications. What version of this fix backported?

The issue will be fixed in 2018.3.12f1 and 2019.2.0a10 and is already fixed in 2019.1.0b10
