What other reasons would a 2D collider not make contact with another

I’m having an issue with a specific gameobject not making contact with my wall colliders. When it’s collider passes through the wall collider(it is a trigger collider) both their list of contacts is empty. It isn’t a layer issue. There are other gameobjects with basically the same settings that dont have this issue. The only thing different about this gameobject is that it moves with a slerp function. I will also add that it doesn’t have issues colliding with other objects.

@JiveViking Does one of the 2 game objects have a rigid body ?
If not you could try adding a kinematic (if you don’t want your object to be dynamic) rigid body to one them.
