We understand that native plugins are partially supported using the iOS plugin path. Are native rendering plugins meant to work out of the box? If not, what do we need to know about creating a mesh, a texture, etc. from our Native plugins?
I’m not aware of any current support for native rendering plugins for PolySpatial, and it doesn’t seem likely to me, given that we don’t use an immediate mode API for rendering (instead, we map meshes and materials to RealityKit equivalents). For immersive mode (i.e., non-PolySpatial VR that uses Unity’s standard Metal renderer), I would expect native rendering plugins to work, though I don’t know the details.
Thanks. One fewer tree to bark up for now.
