So one of the members of our team decided to betray the trust over a conflict that happened and changed the account information and locked everyone out of the account, and unity support is taking forever to reply, what do we do?
Edit: I got a reply from the support.
An advice for users who may see this in the future, make sure your ticket was created, I was checking my ticket by chance and realized it doesn’t exist, so I created a new one, and the support replied to me after around 12 hours, and after an investigation for 1-2 hours, I recovered my account, thanks to the support
