By automatic it selected the LTS version 2019.4.15f1 should I install this one or the official 2020.1.13f1 ?
2019 LTS is a good choice, unless you need something specific from 2020.x,
but you can always upgrade project later, you cannot downgrade easily if you get issues in the most latest versions.
*personal opinion: i’d use 2018.4 lts, it feels faster/better and not using any recent new features at the moment

LTS means Long Term Support. This is a version that doesn’t get any new features, but gets things like regular bug fixes. (See the FAQ here: 2019 LTS)
It is considered as stable as it gets, so if you’re currently in production phase or about to ship a game soon and you also don’t necessarily need/want anything new that came with Unity 2020.1: consider using this version.
If you’re in pre-production phase or new to Unity and want all the newest features straight away, use 2020.1.13f1 instead.
