What Versions of Unity Support the Debugger?

I couldn’t find it stated in the product description and I did read once that the Debugger was a “Pro” feature and not included in Unity free version, but is Unity Pro the only one to support the debugger? What about iOS, iOS Pro, Android, and Android Pro?
