What would be the best inexpensive way to get reflections on mobile?

Hey guys!! So im making a mobile game and I came across that angry bots demo which had this realtime reflection going on and it ran 60 fps on my device which is kind of mid-low end device. So I discovered that there is this reflection camera but i dont quite know how to set that up so then there is this reflection probe and as far as i know that reflection probes are expensive for mobile or maybe there is a way to optimize it.
