First of all, I suggest you see the unity answers site tutorial video.

And to me it looks like there is no prefab in your project named “projectile”.
For this script to work you need to have a prefab made by right-clicking on your project window(where all the files are at the bottom), then click Create>Prefab, after that the prefab will appear at the bottom and you shall name it “projectile”. once that is done, you move your desired projectile gameobject into the new prefab to have its look.
