Seems like a stupid question, however I was sorting utilities by popularity on the asset store, and found this asset on the second page. It has no ratings, no reviews, how can it be popular?
Given that it’s only been available for a week and a half, I’d wager it’s a bug.

Very few people take the time to leave reviews. It’s entirely possible, but not very likely, that an asset could have a ton of sales with little to no reviews or ratings. You just have to get the right combination of lazy developers.
It mainly has to do with page views and purchases in the last few days.
