What’s “go to” unity-related job board these days?
Connect? Reddit?
Basically, I’d want to either get a contract soon or get hired into a team. And unity job boards are gone.
Suggestions?

Do you have experience with those? I’m kinda not on reddit.
I have used unity connect to find freelancers, I don’t know if it’s used for permanent employment though

Is missing this kind of platform. Can be a good idea to make a new one (and then try to sell it to Microsoft).
An asset store where we are the assets on sale. Ups 
btw I like your cat picture but it doesn’t beat my dog picture. 
I’ve tried Reddit - Dive into anything, but the reddit format doesn’t work as well as a forum. You can’t display multiple images and the poster can’t bump threads to show their history.
Unity Connect is even worse since its basically just group text chat with thousands of people.
The Job Forum being retired was a huge and painful mistake. I really wish it could be brought back. (This is from the perspective of a hirer).
Otherwise it would be great if someone like IGDA could setup their own forum for people to post.
As a hirer you just post your assignment and people will respond, I have only used it for smaller tasks but worked well. I also look for talent on artstation when it comes to modeling or level design
